Our Story

Family-operated, small-batch, fresh roasted.

Mike Shea's Coffee Roasting Co. is a family-operated specialty coffee business in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, serving 100% Arabica Specialty Grade coffee beans packed in whole bean and freshly ground.

Roaster Mike Shea learned coffee roasting through years of hands-on practice. The business began after the owners sold their upscale coffeehouse and purchased roasting equipment. Today they run three American-made Diedrich Coffee Roasters machines — 7 kilo, 12 kilo and 70 kilo — for small-batch and larger-volume roasting.

We prioritize beans from farms using sustainable agricultural methods, with a focus on soil biodiversity that builds resilient ecosystems able to withstand climate impacts. Acting responsibly with our employees, customers and farmers only elevates our company's value.

Brewed in-house and steeped for 18–20 hours, then nitro-charged. Enjoy it at the café, or take it home.

Orders of $45+ ship free; smaller orders pay actual shipping to the continental U.S. FedEx 2-day is $20. Retail customers can arrange local pickup during business hours. To start a return, email us your order number, your name and the reason for the request.

Coarse (French press), drip, fine, espresso and Turkish. We suggest grinding flavored varieties rather than leaving them whole.
